Under the attachments section, you will find a Microsoft Access Database for the Wind data. To open the file, you will first need to download and save the file. Next, you will need to start up Microsoft Access. From the Microsoft Access window, click on file, open, and select the database. If you use Microsoft 2003 or an earlier version, the database will not open if you simply click on the file name under My Documents, Desktop, or wherever else you store your valuables.
