Welcome !Welcome to the web site of our multi-disciplinary research program on adaptive waveform design and dynamic scheduling.
In this MURI project, established in 2005, we seek to achieve substantial improvements in
performance of sensing and communication systems through adaptive
waveform design. At each time sample, the system generates a set of
parametrized waveforms, estimates the environment model, computes the
performance cost function based on the latest information, and adaptively
selects the optimum waveform for the next transmission. Our team consists
of eleven multi-university leading researchers with multi-disciplinary
backgrounds, including expertise in mathematics, statistics, engineering,
and physics. We are supported by the Department of Defense MURI program
through the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (AFOSR).
